1.  To Guide and Direct you

This is to bring you further into the truth.  Truth is who the Holy Spirit is in your life and in the life of others.  When you are on the right road or street, and cooperating with the Holy Spirit by reflecting His light in you to bring others and yourself deeper in His truth, God will guide you and direct you through your dreams to where He needs you to go and to what God needs you to do for Him to glorify the earth as it is in Heaven in who God is...

2.  To Confirm you in the life or light that you live in.

This confirming might be a heavenly person, such as a Saint showing up in your dream or a person, book, object, or any means who you once encountered that you admired in life that gave you wisdom of the right path.

3.  To Warn you of the danger or darkness that will try to overcome you.

This could be what you are doing to self and others or what they are doing to you... We are either moving in the right path of light, which is God, or the wrong path of darkness, which is sin.  Scary objects or animals or people might show up in our dream to show you where you are headed.  Sometimes our paths are so filled with darkness that we are haunted by nightmares.

*The Holy Spirit uses dreams to talk to you by guiding you or confirming you, or by warning you of any dangerous area that are keeping you stuck in life and in life situations that create in you anxieties that are not healthy...

All that we take in during the day is placed in our conscious mind.  What we don't deal with or might not deal with or might not understand during the day will come out in a symbol form at night in our dream.

Examples:

• Things we don't want to face.
• Things that have caused us pain in our years of growing in the past.
• Things that are causing us pain now in our lives.
• Things we need to do in our lives to become purer.
• Things we need to do for one another.
• Things that might happen to us if we don't face our lives in unhealthy behavior.

Dreams are very helpful in releasing us from stressful moments.  God does not sleep, He rests in us, we sleep to restore ourselves.  Jesus sees what we need as a physician.  He is always moving us closer through His Holy Spirit to be in fuller union with God.  He works as we sleep.  The purer you become the more you will see and understand how the Holy Spirit is constantly moving you into union.  All the symbols and secret messages that are given to us through the day and night are a guide to us.  We need to be ready at all time for His coming.  Dreams guide us to truth.  We need to be open and make our paths straighter to Him. The meaning of the Gift, Fear of the Lord, is not to be afraid of our Lord but to fear offending Him in any way.  This is why we need to keep ourselves pure.  The closer you enter into Christ, the purer you want to dwell so not to lose or offend His relationship with you. Walking in purity reveals in a person great love for God.
